Drop Off Procedures:
Step 1: Schedule a drop off appointment by clicking here:
Step 2: Bring your items to the Cooperís Closet location at your scheduled time.† It is very helpful to our volunteers if you bring your clothing items in size order.† Please allow at least 30 minutes to complete the drop off procedures.†
Step 3: Before unloading your items, please come to the registration desk to sign in, pay your $20 consignor fee (must be paid with cash or check), and get your consignor packet.† This packet will contain your contract and pre-sale passes.
Step 4: Bring your tagged items to one of our available item checkers.† The checker will inspect your items to make sure they meet our accepted items guidelines and have been prepared according to our procedures.† Any rejected items will be returned to you immediately.† Please do not be offended if we have to reject any items.† We understand that itís easy to miss stains and tears when preparing items.† To maintain the quality of the sale for our consignors and shoppers, we can only accept items that meet our accepted items guidelines.
